Audifoon Borgerhout

I ordered ear protection, namely custom molded ear plugs, for around 130eu at Audifoon hearing center. The service and attitude of workers at the store itself was really really good, nice people. However, when it came to the product, they tried to make my earplugs several times, but in the end they didn't fit, there was constantly leakage, so the plugs were not safe to use. In the end they couldn't deliver me my ordered product and, in addition, I didn't get any money back. So, no product and no money. Had a MUCH better experience with Lapperre hearing center.
