The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation has introduced this guide in order to simplify and standardise the procedures for consular services, provided by our Diplomatic Missions and Consular Posts. The guide also aims at improving the quality of welcoming Moroccans Living Abroad. For this reason, it has been set out some required documents and procedures to be followed in order to benefit from the consular services.
