After half a century of conceptualism and the demotion of painting on canvas as an outmoded techninique, Ena makes an appeal on the seductive side of art on canvas nevertheless! Rather than stimulate the mind with even more concepts, she has her own aesthetic concerns, such as working with polar opposites. Not only light and shadow, but also order and chaos, energy stored, versus energy being released and most of all representation and abstraction.
