We assist small to large companies, both local and international, with every HR related matter: from individual hirings and dismissals to reorganizations and acquisitions, union relations, employee rights and responsibilities, and everything employment-related in between. We also helped numerous multinationals to set up shop in Belgium or hire directly in Belgium throughout a foreign entity. Although we mainly act for companies, we also support individuals during every step of their career. Finally, when things do go sour, we have extensive experience representing companies and individuals before court.
