Just outside Ghent, discover the peace and quiet of the Bourgoyen-Ossemeersen Nature Reserve. This beautiful, extensive swathe of marshy grassland is a nature reserve to cherish. It is only when the birds are migrating that you really realise how important this habitat is. Tens of thousands of birds flock here every year to nest in the wild of the East Flemish landscape.
